Fiona Horsewill is global head of securities services at HSBC, where she is responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s global strategy across custody and securities services, with a focus on digitalisation and infrastructure modernisation.
She joined HSBC in 2023 from Citi, where she was managing director and global head of data and digital for securities services. Prior to that, she spent seven years at Northern Trust, holding senior roles including global head of product for asset servicing.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Lehman Brothers Asset Management and Insight Investment, focusing on investment operations and large-scale transformation programmes.
