JPMorgan Treasury Services, a unit of JPMorgan Chase and a leader in global payment, trade finance and treasury management, announced enhancements to several products, including Image Lockbox Cost/Benefit Calculator, Accounts Receivables Conversion, and Payable Web Service and Payee Verification.

Image Lockbox Cost/Benefit Calculator(SM), a consultative tool that allows clients to estimate the specific benefits of moving to image lockbox services, now takes customers through a series of questions related to their paper accounts receivables operation. With assistance from a sales officer, the calculator highlights the net savings they would receive should they convert to JPMorgan’s Nationwide Image Lockbox Network.

The development of an end-to-end Accounts Receivables Conversion (ARC) solution with Regulus, the nation’s premier independent document and remittance processing company, draws upon JPMorgan’s market-leading ACH services and Regulus’ experience in lockbox services and transaction processing. It offers clients a comprehensive solution to handle ARC processing quickly, cost-effectively, and with reduced risk.

Finally, the Payables Web Service (PWS) and Payee Verification (PVE) products now issue Files and Ad Hoc Image Request functions, which allow customers to send their issue files and view images of selected cheques, replacing photocopy requests. The Reconciliation Report Package function, which lets customers view their reconciliation package via the internet, will be available in January 2004.
