ADP Brokerage Services Group announced today its acquisition of the business of Vantra Group, Inc. a leading provider of Internet-based brokerage solutions.

Vantra enables brokerage firms to outsource the hosting and maintenance of their Internet-based investor websites. The Vantra solution allows the registered representative and the back office personnel to view the same account level information on their desktops simultaneously with an investor while servicing the investor’s needs.

“Vantra offers us an industry leading product, built on state-of-the-art technology, which further extends our product offerings and capabilities in the brokerage marketplace,” commented David Swift, Senior Vice President of ADP Brokerage Services Group. “Vantra’s comprehensive offering coupled with ADP’s international and domestic back office presence is an extremely compelling solution for brokerage firms searching for an end-to-end solution supported via a single service channel.” continued Swift.

Vantra is ranked first by Celent Communications’ most recent report entitled, US Vendors of Internet Brokerage Solutions. Additionally, several of Vantra’s clients are ranked by Gomez.com as having the best end-user investor website. “Delivering technology that enhances the end-user experience while simultaneously reducing total cost of ownership and streamlining a brokerage firm’s operations is the key to our success,” commented Ali Farazdaghi, CEO and Founder of Vantra Group, Inc.

Vantra’s newest product release, VoltsJ, is an N-tier Java based application, which will be hosted in ADP’s data center. “VoltsJ is a true global solution that calculates, stores and reports information in more than 200 currencies and numerous languages, thus enabling a global broker/dealer to truly deliver a consistent end-user experience to anyone in the world,” commented Farazdaghi.
