Global Custodian is pleased to reveal details of a new industry discussion forum as part of its #GCSessions event on 16 March, free to attend for all readers.

Industry heavyweights will tackle the current position of the European custody landscape and analyse the impact European regulatory and infrastructure developments.

Now the regulatory landscape of Europe is clearer, we ask if there is a more strategic solution for the industry to adopt and when they should look at adopting it.

Guido Wille, executive vice president and head of market development at Clearstream, will join Justin Chapman, global head market advocacy & innovation research at Northern Trust and Deutsche Bank’s product management and global head of investor services Graham Ray on the discussion panel.

They will be joined by one more panellist to be confirmed at a later date with Global Custodian editor Jonathan Watkins moderating proceedings.

We will also be holding a technology panel to discuss the realities of recent FinTech and RegTech developments. The panel for this discussion will be announced shortly.

Registration for the event will begin at 15.30.

Both Chapman and Ray are nominees for the inaugural Global Custodian Person Of the Year Award which will be presented later in the same evening at The Savoy.

The panel will be held before our annual Leaders in Custody awards evening, for more information on attending the awards please email Daljit Sokhi at daljit.sokhi@strategic-i.com
