William W. Burke Joins BNY ConvergEx Group As Director Of Sales For BNY Jaywalk

William W. Burke has joined BNY ConvergEX Group, the brokerage and investment technology provider, as Director of Sales for BNY Jaywalk, the firm's independent research consultancy. In this new position, Burke will lead sales outreach to Jaywalk's institutional client base.

William W. Burke has joined BNY ConvergEX Group, the brokerage and investment technology provider, as Director of Sales for BNY Jaywalk, the firm’s independent research consultancy.

In this new position, Burke will lead sales outreach to Jaywalk’s institutional client base. He will focus on introducing money managers to the recently launched Jaywalk 360 service.

He will report to John D. Meserve, Director of BNY ConvergEx Group.

Burke comes to BNY ConvergEx Group with more than twenty years of equity sales trading experience, serving most recently as Managing Director and Head of Equity Sales Trading for Robertson Stephens. Previously, Burke worked as a sales trader at Cowen & Company, Furman Selz, and Paine Webber. He holds a B.S. from Fordham University in New York City.
