Viteos Fund Services is launching veriPFy, a software intended to facilitate filing of Form PF.
The Dodd-Frank Act requires investment advisers and private fund managers to file reports on their risk exposure.
Delivered either on-site or as a software-as-a-service solution, veriPFy offers clients either full consulting engagement, use of the software on a licensed basis or the use of the software for custom filing. The software handles aggregation and reporting of data for Form PF and the XML filing, and is integrated with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority for automated filings.
Form PF is a complex time-bound task. It lies at the intersection of compliance and reporting, and its requirements cannot be met with a cookie-cutter approach, says Shankar Iyer, CEO of Viteos. veriPFy suits the needs of individual clients, leveraging significant in-house domain knowledge, and a best-of-breed technology platform, and gives clients a range of options for implementation.
