US lawyers are looking for French plaintiffs to add to a class-action lawsuit in New York against Socit Gnrale over the French banks losses this, year, the International Herald-Tribune reports.
“It is up to the court to decide whether French investors are allowed in, but there are precedents,” Patrick Daniels, one of the lawyers working on the case, told the Herald-Tribune.
