The Spanish exchange group, Bolsas y Mercados Espaoles (BME), has appointed Rothschild as its advisor for the company’s public share offering.
Rothschild will confirm that the indicative, non binding price as well as the definitive price for the offering reflect a fair market value for BME.
The global coordinators of the IPO are BBVA and Santander Investment. In addition, BNP Paribas, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley will lead the international tranche as book-runners.
BME is also being advised by the following law firms: Ramn y Cajal, Ura & Menndez and Davis Polk & Wardwell.
Bolsas y Mercados Espaoles has called an Extraordinary General Meeting for 5 June to approve the IPO.
