Societe Generale Securities Services in Italy (SGSS) has been appointed by Hermes Linder Fund Sicav Plc to act as its local transfer agent in Italy. SGSS will provide paying agent and investor relations management services.
The mandate is the first Maltese-incorporated Sicav for which SGSS will provide transfer agency service. It is managed by Praude Asset Management Limited, a Malta Financial Services Authority-licensed asset managet.
SGSS in Italy offers a complete range of securities services, including clearing, custody and trustee services, fund administration, liquidity management and transfer agent services.
