National Settlement Depository (NSD) has hired Maria Krasnova as the company’s deputy chairman of the executive board.
In her new role she will be responsible for legal issues, corporate governance, risk management and for development of the company’s quality control system.
Krasnova graduated from the Law School of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. In January 2001 she joined NDC as the head of the legal department. From November, 2009 to November 2010, Krasnova was a member of the executive board of NDC. On November 11, 2010 she was appointed the head of the legal unit of NSD.
