Our survey aims to measure the services received both by beneficial owners and from their agent lenders. This is the fifth year in which this survey has run in its solitary form. Previously, it was part of our annual Global Custody Survey.
This year 190 responses were received on behalf of 18 providers. This is compared to 153 that were received last year. And from that database we collected enough information to rate eight separate service providers.
