The Philippine Central Securities Depository (PCD) says it will credit participants’ bank accounts or issue cheques for cash dividend payments only upon receipt of funds from the issuer. Since the receipt date of funds depends on the date, time and payment method used by issuers for funding the PCD, a failure to meet the CSD’s cut-off date and time will result in delayed release of funds to PCD participants.
