Fortis Bank Information Banking has announced it now offers its clients Electronic Filing of standard Tax Reclaims in the Dutch market. Following this, Tax Reclaims of clients will be submitted to the Central Tax Office in Heerlen electronically, making the physical shipment of reclaim forms no longer necessary and thus resulting in a considerable decrease of the refund turnaround time.
The launch of Electronic Filing is the final step in the development and implementation of the Global Tax Reclaim System. This system, which enables Fortis Bank Information Banking to offer its clients a wide range of tax reclaim services, includes the automatic upload of reclaim details and the automated production of reclaim forms.
