Maitland has appointed a former private equity manager in a new senior client servicing role, as it looks to expand its North America private equity fund administration business.

Frank Ferrara joins as a senior client service manager in New York, where he will oversee its private equity fund services platform, data migration and relationship management for clients.

“As we continue to develop products that deliver more advanced analytics and powerful investor reporting tools, the need for strong client relationship management is critical,” said Ben Pershick, head of North America private equity, Maitland.

Ferrara was previously a controller at private equity firm Rhone Group, where he was responsible for fund and investor reporting across its $10 billion in assets under management. He was also a senior fund accountant for Madison International Realty, a New-York based real estate investment manager.

“Frank’s appointment is a direct response to Maitland’s accelerated growth to meet institutional clients’ need for on-the-ground knowledge with global solutions. His experience from the client-side of private equity will greatly enrich our product offering,” added Scott Price, head of business development and client relationship management for North America, Maitland.
