Higham Group, a provider of outsourced services for the UK life insurance and pensions industry, says that Tom Lea-Wilson has joined the firm as Director of Human Resources, based in London.
Lea-Wilson, who will head the corporate HR team, will be responsible for developing and monitoring the human resources strategy, policies and procedures across Higham Group.
Aged 44, he has over 20 years professional HR/Personnel and Training experience, in both the private and public sectors. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, he has specialised in individual, team & organisational development for the last 15 years as an internal and external consultant.
Prior to working as an Independent Consultant, Lea Wilson worked for airport operator BAA in Management Development.
