The New York Board of Trade (NYBOT) announced today that a full seat sold for $650,000, $100,000 more than the previous sale of $550,000, set on January 24, 2006.
NYBOT has seen the sale of its seats – which allows the owner to trade products on the soft commodity exchange – hit a series of record highs over the previous three years.
