It is really important that we get your feedback, as over the last few years we have seen some really interesting results, and ABFM ’24 promises to be even more exciting.
Since 2020, there has been a significant jump in clients’ positive rating of Relationship Management. In 2020, providers received an average score of 4.38, or “Satisfactory” whereas fast forward to 2023 and the average score in frontier markets is now 5.94, “Good” verging on “Very Good” (6).
Client Services makes a similar, but somewhat lesser jump, from 4.86 in 2020 to 5.84 in 2023, as does Account Management.
The only exception here is Asset Safety and Risk Management, which already scored a high score of 5.41 in 2020, although this did increase to 5.67 in 2023.
Either way these jumps in the overall average scores are showing how providers are hearing what their clients are saying and looking to improve. Between 2020 and 2021, at the height of Covid-19, client’s reported exceptional improvement in Client Services offered.
It will be interesting to see, if this level of care and attention to detail that our respondents are looking for can be maintained. So far, our data would suggest so, however it will be interesting to see what the clients actually think!
