Jardine Lloyd Thompson Benefit Solutions (JLT) has appointed Jon Bryant in a new role as Head of Flexible Benefits. He previously worked at the specialist benefit consultancy, Risk & Reward Group.

Jardine Lloyd Thompson Employee Benefit Group in the UK employs over 800 staff in over 10 offices and has revenues of some 70 million. It provides third party pensions and benefit administration; actuarial, investment, pension, benefit and reward consulting services; SIPP and SSAS services to IFAs, accountants and lawyers; outsourcing services for a range of pension products on behalf of life companies; and, through Profound Solutions, pensions and benefits administration software to in-house schemes, third party administrators and life companies.
“2006 has started really well at JLT within the flexible benefits team with significant new client wins already,” says Bryant. “I am keen to build upon this success by continuing to improve our service proposition whilst strengthening the consulting team. There is a huge opportunity at JLT to offer these services to both current and new clients.”
Bryant will be based in JLT’s London office.
