Leaders in Custody Week will see nominees from our annual awards feature in the digital presentations from 7-11 June, with all content available on-demand for our global audience.
New content will be released every day in different formats, including documentaries, interviews, panel discussions, presentations, podcasts, forums and more.

Each day will have a headline presentation starting with a documentary on sub-custody on the Monday. Tuesday will host a panel discussion on ETF administration, Wednesday will cover industry partnerships and projects, while Thursday will see a digital feature on network management. Finally, on Friday, we will hand out the coveted individual awards for Lifetime Achievement and Industry Person of the Year.
Throughout the week, there will also be podcasts guest starring the latest inductees into our Global Custodian Hall of Fame, in addition to TED-style video talks on the latest and greatest technology innovations from the industry.
“Following the resounding success and positive feedback from our inaugural documentaries in 2020, we’re excited to expand these digital features across five days in 2021,” said Jonathan Watkins, managing editor, Global Custodian.
“The luxury of remote working and digital productions is that you don’t need to tune in at a specific time or jostle for seats, so we wanted to make this an on-demand platform for our audience, with high quality digital features and the ability to interact on an incredibly user-friendly platform.”
The platform will be free to view for Global Custodian’s audience, with voting, forums and interactive capabilities available.
We are also delighted to announce the shortlist for our annual Leaders in Custody awards which recognises the highest achievers across our Agent Banks surveys, along with Editors’ Choice awards.
