Philip Van Dine currently serves as Citi’s APAC head of banks and market infrastructure sales and client coverage – a position he has held for over four years. In this role, Van Dine oversees sales, client management, and marketing teams across key markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and India.
He has played a central role in supporting the firm’s regional strategy and strengthening client engagement across the financial ecosystem.
Van Dine’s career at Citi spans more than 14 years, including a decade as director of intermediaries and market infrastructure. During this time, he held leadership roles in both New York and Hong Kong, where he focused on supporting financial institutions with international expansion efforts in execution, clearing, and custody.
Prior to joining Citi, Van Dine held senior roles at DTCC (formerly Omgeo Asia) as sales director, and at Credit Lyonnais SA, where he led business development in Asia for BlocSec, the firm’s dark pool electronic execution platform.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
