Xcitek, the corporate actions software firm, says that Joseph J. Arney has joined the company as Vice President responsible for supporting sales efforts in the recruitment and placement of securities professionals within financial institutions on a consulting basis.

His extensive knowledge along with the network of industry contacts that he has developed will greatly contribute to Xcitek’s continuing growth.”
Arney joins Xcitek from Constantin Control Associates, where he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, he managed the placement of securities experts within financial services organizations. Prior to Constantin, Arney was Vice President with The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). During his 14-year tenure at DTCC, Arney managed its New York and Chicago Relationship Management departments providing client services to the bank and broker community. Arney also held management roles within the Corporate Trust areas at Irving Trust Company, European American Bank & Trust Company, and The Chase Manhattan Bank.
Arney holds a B.A. in Economics from Iona College.
