Deutsche Brse is further expanding its XTF segment with six new actively managed funds. Since Monday, four new actively managed equity funds and two new actively managed bond funds have become tradable in XTF. The six funds are issued by Xavex Sicav, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank. Xavex has been represented in the XTF segment with its fixed-income fund Xavex Dynamic Bond Portfolio since May 2002.

The equity funds Xavex Euro Value and Xavex Euro Growth invest in European equities from the Dow Jones Euro STOXX Large Cap index. Two further equity funds, Xavex US Value and Xavex US Growth, invest in US equities from the S&P 500. The fixed-income fund Xavex Euro Sovereign Elite invests in European sovereign bonds, the Xavex Yield leader in emerging market bonds. Deutsche Bank is acting as Designated Sponsor for these funds.

The six new funds bring the total number of actively managed funds in XTF from 16 to 22. As of the end of October, a total of Euros 4.28 billion has been invested in actively managed funds in XTF.
