The Cyprus Stock Exchange has published a Trading and Clearing Rule Book, pursuant to the implementation of the common trading platform with ATHEX, Eurobank EFG said in a news update last week.
The draft manual details new procedures to be introduced to support full compatibility between CSE and ATHEX.
CSE will adopt procedures similar to the ones being currently in force in ATHEX, which among others concerns the account opening with Central Depository, settlement and cash clearing by the operators, as well as the trading process of the listed securities.
The book discloses information on registration of members to the CSE, investors share/investors securities account with the Central Depository and their operation, and settlement and cash clearing/members overdue.
