Zurich Financial Services has outsourced IT servicing to Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). The deal, worth $1.3 billion, is for seven years. CSC will provide a range of applications, development and maintenance services in the United States, Britain, Switzerland and Germany.

CSC will provide a range of applications, development and maintenance services in the United States, Britain, Switzerland and Germany. Under the deal, around 1,600 Zurich employees will be transferred to CSC.
