The Credit Suisse Group has appointed Manny Santayana as head of Advanced Execution Services’ (AES) Global Sales.
In this role, Santayana will report to Steve Garnett, managing director and head of the Alternative Execution Product group. He is based in New York.
Santayana will focus on leading the AES sales initiatives across Asia, Europe, Middle East and the Americas. Prior to his new role, he was head of AES Sales for the Americas region since the launch of the group in 2002.
“Manny’s previous success in Sales Management and his considerable energy allow him to be well suited to address the global convergence of our clients’ multi asset class trading needs,” says Steve Garnett, head of the Alternative Execution Product group. AES aims to help over a thousand institutions and hedge funds reduce market impact, improve performance versus benchmarks, and add consistency to their trading process.
