Concise Group says the next version of its Payments Practice J2EE payment solution will be deployed on the IBM WebSphere Business Integration platform.
The Concise Payments Practice aims to enable banks to design, develop and deliver payment infrastructures and payment products, regardless of clearing and settlement method, market segment, currency and transaction volumes.
Concise says this decision will enable the firm to focus on developing application level business components whilst exploiting the infrastructure capabilities and features of the WebSphere Business Integration platform.
“The main driver for this decision is our belief that Concise add value to our customers by developing application business components, and that by deploying on the WebSphere Business Integration platform we will be exploiting the market leading business integration platform in the J2EE industry,” says John Cotterell, managing director of the Concise Group. “The capabilities and features of WebSphere Business Integration will allow us to bring our Payments Practice component based solution to market quicker, whilst de-risking implementation from our customers viewpoint by using the IBM based platform.”
