City Compass Research is working with consultants Bearing Point to produce a series of workshops on the business and IT impacts of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID). The first will be held in London on 19 July.

Alan Jenkins, head of MiFID at BearingPoint, says he thinks it vital that companies assess the impact of MiFID early to ensure they can meet the deadlines, “CityCompass Research are working to raise the topic of MiFID up the corporate agenda,” he says.
