Indonesia Citibank was named the winner of the Indonesia Bank Loyalty Index Award (Credit Card category) for the fifth year in a row at an awards ceremony held in Jakarta yesterday.
“The consistent recognition in these prestigious awards reflects our passion for delivering credit card products and services that exceed customer expectations” says Irfan Ahmed, card business head, Citibank Indonesia. “Citibank is dedicated to providing innovative rewards, benefits and services that match the lifestyle demands of our cardholders”
In the credit card category, Citibank was ranked ahead of HSBC, Bank Central Asia, Bank Negara Indonesia and Bank Mandiri.
This high profile customer loyalty survey is organized by MarkPlus, one of Indonesias leading research agencies and Infobank, a popular business publication. The Indonesia Bank Loyalty Index Award poll is based on the Structured Equation Modeling survey methodology that tracks transaction (satisfaction and transaction behavior); customer relationship (retention level) and partnership (migration barriers).
“At a time when brands are competing harder than ever, Citibank is able to continuously engage their customers to stay top of mind,” says MarkPlus president, Hermawan Kartajaya. “This loyalty reflects Citibanks credit card focus on providing compelling and original reward and promotional programs as well as customer service, security and online services.”
