Citi has appointed Philippe Jaccard as country head of Citi Transaction Services for Hong Kong, reporting to Amol Gupte, CTS Regional Head for Asia Pacific and Weber Lo, CEO and Citi Country Officer Hong Kong.
As country head, Jaccard will be responsible for the operating performance, building and executing CTS growth strategy and ensuring alignment with both its global and domestic businesses to maximize growth.
Jaccard was most recently CTS Asia Pacific Head of Liquidity and Investments. He started his career with Citi Singapore in 2000 in a business development role. In 2002, he led Citis Treasury Services business before taking up the head of Liquidity and Investment role in 2007. He joined Citi from Cargill where he has held a variety of positions in North America, Europe and Asia.
