Cicada, a provider of reference data management software and services, will provide a legal entity data sourcing and management solution to CIBC World Markets, which will include client entity data records and corporate documents and regulatory filings.
CIBC World Markets selected the customer data sourcing and maintenance solution to support its regulatory compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program efforts. Initially, the service will provide data for CIBC World Markets’ US Equities group.
