Tradeware Global Corp., appointed Steven M. LaColla as chief financial officer, responsible for the internal and external financial functions of the firm, the latest in a series of management moves over the last two quarters.
LaColla will also serve on Tradeware’s management committee, and will oversee the internal management of all financial and accounting functions, as well as external management reporting.
Prior to joining Tradeware, he served as CFO of Advanced Financial Applications, Inc. (AFA) and as CFO for Lynch, Jones & Ryan (LJR), then a wholly-owned subsidiary of Instinet. He was also CFO of Harborview LLC.
