China Life has raised the size of its IPO by 15 percent to US$3.46 billion, selling more shares to meet massive demand from investors. Shares in the company rose 26 per cent on their first day of trading on Thursday, and again on Friday. The IPO was 25 times oversubscribed. The company’s advisers have exercised an over-allotment option by issuing an additional 970.6 million H shares at the offer price of HK$3.59 per share.
