BNP Paribas has appointed two senior salespeople, Stephane Berthet and Frederic Cezard, to strengthen its Fund Derivatives sales team within its Equities & Derivatives division in London.
Berthet joins the team from Societe Generale where he headed the alternative financing structuring team. From 2000 and 2004, he worked for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management as hedge fund portfolio manager.
Cezard transfers to London from BNP Paribas Paris where he was covering France and Switzerland for the Fund Derivatives business. He joined BNP Paribas in 2004 from Societe Generale where he specialised in alternative investments.
Both Berthet and Cezard report to Stephane Goursat, head, UK and Northern European Structured Product Sales.
