BHF-BANK has added two new hires to its Marketing & Sales team in the area of Custody & Derivatives Services. Three new members of staff, Christine Boehm, Till Meinhof and Christian Hogrebe, have been added to the team. All three of them were awarded the title of Assistant Vice President and have a wealth of experience in this business segment.

Till Meinhof, who was previously employed as a relationship manager with Thomson Financial, has been working in the Network Management team since mid-June. Prior to his employment with Thomson Financial, he was a network manager at Deutsche Bank for several years. “One important aspect in my decision to join BHF-BANK was that this traditional and yet innovative private bank is known for its short decision-making channels, enabling me as a network manager to be directly responsible for the relationship with the provider”, Till Meinhof explained.

Christine Boehm and Christian Hogrebe both came from State Street and joined the bank as relationship managers on 1 July. Whilst Christine Boehm works as a relationship manager in custody services, Christian Hogrebe took over the same position in depotbanking services. Christine Boehm has already worked as an account manager in custody business and therefore has substantial experience in this area.

Christian Hogrebe is no newcomer to the depotbanking business either: his former position with State Street was that of a project manager in the area of product development fund administration.

Christine Boehm thinks that BHF-BANK’s re-entry into the custody business came at the right time. “The sub-custody mandate of The Bank of New York and the award of “Best Domestic Agent Bank in Germany” given by the specialist magazine Global Custodian this year for the second time in a row confirm the competitiveness of BHF-BANK’s custody services on the market. I am sure that BHF-BANK will be able to continue its successful track record of the nineties.”

“After our re-entry into the market and the acquisition of a number of major clients, it was necessary to reinforce the relationship management team, so as to provide the same level of excellence in our client relationship management as in our operating areas. Only in this way can we really meet our high standards when it comes to strictly focusing on our clients and their individual requirements”, said Cornelia Keth, head of the Marketing & Sales team. “Together with the new colleagues, we have a very efficient, young and yet experienced Sales & Relationship team that ensures that our clients receive a service of the very highest level.”
