The Bank of New York has been re-appointed as global custodian to the 491 million Guys & St Thomas’ Charity.

“We re-appointed The Bank of New York because of its personalised approach,” said James Varley, director of finance for Guys & St Thomas’ Charity. “The bank understands our requirements and has provided us with an excellent service during the past five years.”

Andrew Bell, executive vice president and head of EMEA Investor Services at The Bank of New York, said: “This re-appointment is testimony to our commitment to the charities and foundations sector which is a core part of our business.
