BISYS confirmed today that California-based AXA Rosenberg Mutual Funds has renewed its outsourcing relationship with the company. BISYS will continue to support AXA Rosenberg’s $850 million family of 11 funds with fund administration, accounting, distribution, transfer agency, compliance and tax support, and consulting services.

“We consider our firm to be a unique “player” in the financial services industry and BISYS has consistently supported our diverse financial products and services with high quality, flexible outsourcing services; proven expertise; state-of-the-art technology; and a true commitment to service and our growth,” enthuses Dick Saalfeld, president and chief executive officer of AXA Rosenberg. “BISYS has played an important and proactive role in our response to periods of dramatic growth as well as to the industry-wide challenges created by the market downturn. We are extremely confident in BISYS’ service offerings and the abilities of our dedicated relationship team.”

Bill Tomko, president of BISYS’ Investment Services group, added: “Every existing client renewal and new client that we win further validates the client-driven capabilities of our outsourcing solutions, our overall product and service approach, and our commitment to client and shareholder service. We welcome the opportunity to continue supporting this valued and long-time client with an extended and expanded outsourcing relationship.”

BISYS has worked with AXA Rosenberg since 1995. In addition to comprehensive mutual fund services, BISYS also supports the firm’s portfolio of alternative investment products with administration and accounting services, provides analytical research through its FRC subsidiary, and provides financial services education courses too.

The investment services division at BISYS now provides fund administration and distribution services to over 350 clients, representing more than 1,900 mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, and other alternative investment products with over $560 billion in assets.
