AXA Life and Liberata have agreed that their existing business process outsourcing (BPO) contract will be converted from fixed term to an evergreen arrangement.
Since the commencement of the agreement in May 2002, Liberata has transferred and administered over 250,000 policies on its AMARTA technology platform.
“The relationship we now have with Liberata is excellent and today’s announcement reflects this,” says David Hynam, COO of AXA Sun Life. “It is our desire to maintain this strong strategic partnership and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Liberata.”
Robert Gogel, CEO of Liberata, adds that the change reflects the strength of the partnership. “By supporting an ‘evergreen’ contract with AXA Life, we continue to demonstrate our commitment to delivering strategic value to blue chip clients,” he says.
Liberata has over 3,800employees in 22 business centres across the UK. It manages 3.2 million Life & Pensions policies for providers including AXA Life and Barclays Life.
