Exchange group confirms it is in discussions over a possible takeover of fund-platform operator Allfunds. 

The two organisations aim to support investors as they manage increasingly complex cross-border requirements. 

The investment management giant has also invested in the fintech to support the firm’s next phase of growth.  

Implementation marks an expansion of the strategic relationship between the two firms established in 2004.  

The initial phase of the project will focus on enhancing collateral management and settlement usability across Clearstream.  

Singapore-based investment firm will utilise Clearstream’s Vestima fund processing platform for services across Asia and the Middle East.
