Tech vendor AMfine Services and Software has signed a cooperation agreement with Luxembourg’s Fundsquare for a joint reporting solution for asset managers to meet requirements set out in the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD).
Under the agreement, AMfine has made its AIFMD reporting templates accessible via Fundsquare’s e-file.lu regulatory reporting platform.
“It’s a new strategic and very qualitative cooperation agreement for us, confirming our partnership with Fundsquare on developing a joint fund data transmission and regulatory registration documents,” says Michael Priem, CEO, AMfine Services & Software.
From January 31, all asset and fund managers in the EU will have to report a wide range of information to their national authorities.
