ADP Brokerage Services Group (ADP), a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP) has announced the launch of its second generation back-office workflow solution, which is designed to enable clients to increase productivity in back-office operations by providing real-time control and exception handling in the trade lifecycle. The Purchase and Sales and Margin exception processing applications are now in production.

The workflow system was developed with Staffware, a global leader in Business Process Management (BPM) software, to allow clients to filter the “noise” and focus their resources on those breaks considered to be true exceptions.

ADP is applying significant focus to the area of workflow. Comments Lisa Lidsky, Vice President of Workflow Process, ADP Brokerage Processing Services, “We believe that workflow is a differentiator for our brokerage products, allowing our clients to increase productivity and reduce risk exposure.”
