ABN AMRO Mellon, the joint venture providing global custody services outside North America, has announced the appointment of Keith Hallman to the position of Head of European Sales. Based in London, Keith will be responsible for sales across Europe to pension funds, corporates and financial institutions. Keith will report directly to Nadine Chakar, Managing Director of ABN AMRO Mellon.

Nadine Chakar comments: “Keith has already proven himself in this role, leading his team in some great new business wins. ABN AMRO Mellon plans to be a leading force in the European custody business, and Keith will play a crucial role in building on our past achievements and driving our success still further.”

Keith has worked for ABN AMRO Mellon since its inception in 1998, and previously headed the Sales and Marketing Support team. In total, Keith has worked with Mellon Financial Corporation for over 16 years, in a variety of sales and client relationship management positions.

ABN AMRO Mellon has also appointed Nina Clayton as Product Information Manager. Reporting to Keith Hallman, Nina will manage a team responsible for providing effective information to support new business generation.

Nina moved to London from her native Australia in early 2001, joining new hedge fund manager, Beaumont Capital in the role of marketing manager. Prior to this, Nina worked for Colonial First State, Australia’s largest fund manager from 1997 until early 2001. During her time there Nina held various roles within the marketing, institutional client service and institutional business development functions.
