Total Single Premium accumulation and protection new business in Q4 2008 was 11.7 billion, a decrease of 45% from 21.4 billion in Q4 2007.

Total decumulation new business in Q4 2008 was 3.4 billion, an increase of 6.3% from 3.2 billion in Q4 2007.

Total Single Premium individual pensions new business in Q4 2008 was 3.45 billion, a decrease of 27% from 4.76 billion in Q4 2007.

Total Regular Premium individual pensions new business in Q4 2008 was 758m, down 3.6% from 786m in Q4 2007.

Total Single Premium investment and savings new business in Q4 2008 was 3.77 billion, a decrease of 64% from 10.54 billion in Q4 2007.

For the full year 2008, total Regular Premium accumulation and protection new business was 5.59 billion, an increase of 3.8% from 5.39 billion in the full year 2007.

For the full year 2008, total Single Premium accumulation and protection new business was 63.1 billion, a decrease of 22% from 80.9 billion in the full year 2007.

For the full year 2008, total decumulation new business was 13.9 billion, a decrease of 1% from 14.1 billion in the full year 2007.
