AEGON Taiwan’s implementation will build upon the successes that we have already experienced with AEGON in China and around the world. As AWD automates and standardises all work processes, AEGON Taiwan will be able to significantly improve it’s efficiency, productivity and quality. For example, AWD will automatically forward work to the appropriate member of staff based upon the priority of the work and the skill set of the individual, thus eliminating wait and idle time. Further, as AWD provides the functions and tools to simplify and guide the users through various worksteps, training times are reduced and resources can be used in a much more flexible manner. AEGON Taiwan’s management will benefit considerably as they will be able to make much more timely decisions as information regarding all aspects staff and work processes is available immediately on-line. Once a company like AEGON begins using AWD, we have found that they only expand the use of the product as it provides a significant competitive advantage. That is why AWD has remained the market leader in the global business process management arena.”
