PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP launches Pensions Capital Management service as a part of its strategy to sponsor employers and pension trustees. The offer is aimed at helping clients to determine and implement optimum financial, risk management and capital applications.

To realize the goals PwC united existing experts from across a range of disciplines into a single team with pensions partner Chris Massey in the head.

To respond to our clients’ needs for robust, durable solutions to help them optimise the use of their capital in the way they finance defined benefit pension arrangements, we’re formalising our existing Pensions Capital Management services under the leadership of Chris Massey, says Marc Hommel, partner and pensions leader, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, UK. This will enable our clients to access the full range of relevant expertise from one dedicated team.

I’m delighted to be leading Pensions Capital Management, which brings together all the required capabilities, including specialists from the actuarial, insurance, company valuation, tax, accounting, risk, capital markets and investment fields, says Chris Massey, partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
