Capco, the financial services business and technology consultancy, has opened a new near-shore office in Bratislava, Slovakia, to be headed by Claus Hintermeier.
Hintermeier joins from a global consulting firm, where he was delivery centre lead in Bratislava, Prague and Bucharest. In the new role, he assumes responsibility for Capcos near-shore offering and local delivery team in Bratislava.
With the ongoing high volume of changes in the financial services market, many organizations continue to focus on the most cost and resource efficient way to deliver increasingly complex projects, Hintermeier says. With its proximity to Vienna and a very strong talent-pool, Bratislava presents Capco with an ideal base to deliver complex IT engagements to a pan European client base.
