Gemini Fund Services, the pooled investment solutions provider, has named Andrew Rogers as CEO and Kevin Wolf as president. The company said the promotions, along with the relocation of two offices continue the growth trajectory and leverage additional expertise within the business to help independent advisors in bringing investment products to market.
The promotions became effective in the second quarter of 2012. Rogers, who previously served as president, will continue to lead the company, with a major focus of his efforts on new business development. Wolf, who previously served as executive vice president, will oversee Gemini’s operations in the areas of fund accounting, fund administration, legal administration, tax and compliance, technology and transfer agency.
Gemini is also relocating to more spacious quarters in Hauppauge, New York and Omaha, Nebraska as of Oct. 1, 2012. Its headquarters will be in Arkay Drive in Hauppauge, while its transfer agency department will move to Wright Street in Omaha.
In addition to the promotions of Rogers and Wolf, Gemini has announced the following management appointments for multiple teams: Kara Baird as senior vice president of Transfer Agent; Jim Colantino as senior vice president of Fund Administration; Michael McDermott as senior vice president of Fund Accounting; Wendy Wang as senior vice president of Tax & Compliance; James Ash as senior vice president of Legal Administration; Chris Baird as associate vice resident of Dealer Services; Susan Hansen as vice president of Client Services; and Larie Lydick as senior vice president of Technology.
As a full-service firm, Gemini provides administration, accounting, and technology services to advisors.
