Mondas says that London stockbroker Williams de Bro has signed a contract worth a minimum of £350,000 for its corporate actions software (Radica CAPS) and election management portal (EMP). The contract includes licence, services and support over five years.
“Williams de Bro has been evaluating corporate actions vendors for some time,” says David Whistance, Finance Director of Williams de Bro. “Our deliberations were prolonged as we were waiting to see how the market developed. We selected Mondas because we feel that Radica CAPS represents the most comprehensive solution at this point in time.”
Williams de Broe will use Radica CAPS to automate the processing of corporate actions, while EMP will nable the firm to make elections on voluntary corporate actions through the Internet. The system will be fully integrated with the back office systems of the firm.
“I am delighted that Williams de Bro has chosen Radica CAPS,” says Jarlath McGee, Chief Executive Officer of Mondas. “Mondas is excited to be working with an organisation that is investing in such automation projects. We expect to collaborate with them on developing further the capabilities of our Asset Servicing solutions. This latest order from a major customer further strengthens the position of the Group’s flagship product Radica CAPS in this very competitive market.”
