Wilco International, a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing (ADP), has changed its name to ADP Wilco. The new name takes effect immediately, and will be used by all offices globally.

“ADP is one of the largest providers of computerised business solutions in the world, with a reputation for global outsourcing leadership and exceptionally high standards of service,” says Elizabeth Lake, Chief Executive Officer, ADP Wilco. “As a fully integrated business within ADP, specialising in multi-currency outsourcing for international securities processing, we have rebranded to align us more closely with ADP.”

Wilso says its integration into ADP continues to grow on many levels, from its contribution to ADP’s integrated Global Processing Solution to the provision of business process outsourcing services and IT services from ADP Wilco’s off-shore operation in Hyderabad, India.

John Hogan, Co-President, ADP Brokerage Services Group, said: “This rebranding highlights our ability to help customers reduce costs by leveraging their global relationship with ADP as a single vendor and subscribing to our uniquely broad product set.”
