VocaLink, the payment transaction specialist, has won a renewal contract with Payzone, European ATM operators, to provide ATM managed services until the end of 2012.

VocaLink supplies ATM driving, communications and helpdesk services for Payzones network of 4,000 ATMs. The new agreement extends the longstanding partnership to support the consumer payments network. The company has worked closely with Payzone over the past 12 months to improve the processes and efficiency of the ATM support model it provides and to reduce operating costs. This has delivered significant benefits for both companies and will result in an enhanced customer service with greater availability for Payzones merchants and ATM users.

VocaLink offers a complete ATM managed service for banks, building societies, independent ATM deployers and any organisation entering the ATM acquiring business. This includes a full deployment solution, terminal-driving and transaction processing, support of all transaction types and connectivity to card schemes.
