XcitekSolutionsPlus has announced that U.S. Bancorp, the Minneapolis-based financial services holding company with $189 billion in assets, has signed a multi-year agreement to license XSP for corporate actions processing, in addition to licensing eTRAN, the web-based module for automated notifications and the capture and tracking of all responses.
